Battling an eating disorder? Need extra support during meals? Our virtual meal support group is open to those 18 and older who would like a supportive, recovery-minded space to connect with others while eating a meal or snack.

This group meets weekly on Wednesdays at 9am PT via Zoom. The cost to attend is $10 for the entire month. Join as many times as you would like.

Led by our externs, Vera and Kai, who are supervised by Lauren Muhlheim, Psy,D. PSY15045
