Who I Am

Hello! My name is Christina (she/her), and I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist based in Los Angeles, CA.

What I Do

My goal as a therapist is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe exploring their experiences, emotions, and personal stories. I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative and grounded in trust, allowing clients to feel truly heard and understood.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, eating disorders, self-esteem concerns, and struggles around body image. I am especially passionate about supporting people who feel stuck in difficult relationships with food, body image, or self-worth.

My work is informed by Health at Every Size® (HAES®), body neutrality, and intuitive eating principles, which emphasize respect for body diversity and support individuals in reconnecting with their body’s internal cues and needs. I also integrate somatic practices to help clients reconnect with their bodies in a safe and supportive way. I strive to help clients move away from diet culture and toward a more peaceful, trusting, and compassionate relationship with food and their bodies.

My approach is trauma-informed, inclusive, and culturally responsive. I aim to create an affirming space where clients feel comfortable bringing their full selves into therapy. Together, we explore patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be contributing to distress while developing tools that support healing, self-compassion, and sustainable change.

More About Me

I received my master’s degree in clinical psychology with a specialization in Trauma at Antioch University Los Angeles.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time with my two dogs, racing go-karts, snowboarding in the winter, and traveling.

How I Help

I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), somatic approaches, and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I also incorporate relational and insight-oriented perspectives to explore deeper patterns that may influence current challenges.

When working with eating disorders and body image concerns, I support clients in challenging harmful beliefs shaped by diet culture, building self-compassion, and developing a more balanced and trusting relationship with food and their bodies. My goal is to help clients feel more connected to themselves and experience greater freedom, flexibility, and peace in their lives.
